Licensed Massage Therapist – Full Time | Worthington

Schedule & Expected Work Hours

  • Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be available for at least one PM shift and one weekend shift

  • Boutique Hours:


    • Monday–Friday: 10 AM–8 PM

    • Saturday: 9 AM–6 PM

    • Sunday: 10 AM–6 PM

  • Minimum of 4 shifts per week required

  • This is a full-time, consistent schedule opportunity
Position Overview

The NOW Massage Worthington is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness, guest connection, and delivering high-quality therapeutic massage in a calm, elevated boutique environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic massage services tailored to guest needs

  • Perform a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques (based on training and certification)

  • Create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest

  • Maintain treatment rooms and follow boutique standards

  • (All supplies are provided)

  • Support a collaborative team environment focused on wellness and care
Qualifications

  • Active massage license or certification in the state of practice

  • (Must be presented during the interview and maintained throughout employment)

  • Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; additional modalities are a plus

  • Will consider newer therapists who demonstrate strong technique, professionalism, and a genuine passion for massage therapy

  • Availability during prime earning periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Desire to be part of a team with a shared passion for health and wellness
Physical Requirements
This role requires:

  • Sustained mobility for 6–8 hours

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

  • Strong manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity

  • Ability to perform massage services and room resets safely and effectively
Compensation
  • Weekly pay range: $1,100–$1,850

  • Combination of base pay, enhancements, and gratuity

  • Consistent booking opportunities during high-demand shifts
