Position Overview
The NOW Massage Worthington is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist who values flexibility, professionalism, and guest connection in a calm, elevated boutique environment.
This role is ideal for therapists who:

Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to guest needs
- Perform modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques (based on training and certification)
- Deliver a consistent, welcoming guest experience
- Maintain treatment rooms and follow boutique standards

Qualifications
- Active massage license or certification in the state of practice
- (Must be presented during the interview and maintained throughout employment)
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; additional modalities are a plus
- Open to both experienced therapists and newer graduates who demonstrate strong technique, professionalism, and a passion for massage therapy
- Availability during prime earning periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Desire to work in a wellness-focused, guest-centered environment
Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Sustained mobility for several hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Strong manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity
- Ability to perform massage services and room resets safely and effectively
